Important information

These terms apply to the use of the REVID website, product purchases, enquiries, bookings, deliveries, warranties, returns, refunds, and services provided by REVID.

01

About Us

REVID is a Nigerian business providing drones, cameras, gimbals, accessories, aerial equipment, creator equipment, and related products and services.

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “REVID,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to REVID, while “you,” “customer,” or “your” refers to any person or entity accessing our website, contacting us, placing an order, or purchasing our products or services.

02

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You must not use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; interfere with the operation or security of the website; provide false or misleading information; or use the website to make unlawful or fraudulent purchases.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit website content without appropriate permission, or upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material.

REVID reserves the right to restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated or that fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity has occurred.

03

Product Information

REVID makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.

Product images may differ slightly from the actual product due to lighting, photography, screen settings, packaging changes, or manufacturer updates.

Manufacturers may change product specifications, features, packaging, or included accessories without notice. Product specifications may also vary depending on manufacturer, region, firmware, operating conditions, accessories, or configuration.

Product availability may change before an order is confirmed. REVID reserves the right to correct errors and update product information at any time.

Where a material error affects an order, REVID may contact the customer and, where reasonably necessary, cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

04

Product Prices

All website prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice.

The applicable price for an order will generally be the price communicated or confirmed by REVID when the order is finalised, subject to obvious pricing or listing errors.

Any applicable delivery, installation, service, handling, or other charges will be communicated to the customer before payment where reasonably applicable.

05

Orders & Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes a request or intention to purchase and does not automatically mean that REVID has accepted the order.

An order will generally be considered accepted when REVID confirms the order and, where applicable, payment has been successfully received and verified.

REVID reserves the right to accept or decline an order, request additional information or verification, cancel an order where a product is unavailable, correct an obvious pricing or listing error, or cancel or delay an order where fraud or suspicious activity is reasonably suspected.

Where REVID cancels an order after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be provided where applicable under these Terms & Conditions and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Submitting an order does not guarantee inventory until the order has been confirmed by REVID.

06

Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods and instructions provided by REVID during the ordering or checkout process.

Available payment methods may include bank transfer and other payment methods made available by REVID from time to time.

Where applicable, REVID may direct customers to its official WhatsApp or other official communication channels for order confirmation and payment instructions.

Customers are responsible for using only official REVID payment instructions and channels and for providing accurate payment information where required.

An order will generally not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully received and confirmed by REVID, unless REVID expressly agrees otherwise.

Customers are advised to retain proof of payment. REVID is not responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons, fraudulent accounts, or incorrect payment details supplied or obtained outside REVID's official communication channels.

If payment instructions appear to have changed unexpectedly, customers should verify the instructions with REVID through an official contact channel before making payment.

07

Delivery

REVID provides delivery within Nigeria and may provide international delivery where expressly agreed.

Delivery times provided by REVID are estimates unless a specific delivery date or period has been expressly guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances including customer location, weather, public holidays, courier or logistics delays, security conditions, customs or regulatory requirements, incorrect or incomplete customer information, transportation disruptions, internet or communication issues, or events beyond REVID's reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their name, phone number, address, and any other information reasonably required for successful delivery.

Additional charges may apply for remote locations, special handling, redelivery, or other delivery circumstances where applicable.

08

Failed, Delayed, or Refused Delivery

Customers are responsible for being available to receive their orders or making reasonable arrangements for someone authorised to receive the order on their behalf.

Where delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, an unreachable telephone number, customer unavailability, refusal to accept the order without a valid reason, failure to collect an order, or other circumstances reasonably attributable to the customer, additional delivery, handling, storage, or return charges may apply where applicable.

If an order is returned to REVID because of circumstances attributable to the customer, additional charges may be required before the order is redelivered.

09

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are strongly advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and, where reasonably possible, take clear photographs and videos of the package and product before use, assembly, activation, or operation.

Photographs and videos should clearly show, where applicable, the condition of the outer packaging, any visible damage or signs of tampering, the product as received, the physical condition of the product, the product model or serial number where visible, and the accessories or components included in the package.

This evidence may be requested by REVID when investigating a claim relating to delivery damage, missing items, an incorrect product, or the condition of a product upon arrival.

Customers should report any visible damage, missing item, incorrect product, or other delivery-related issue to REVID as soon as reasonably possible after receiving the order and should provide photographs or videos when requested.

Where a customer does not have photographs or videos taken at or immediately after delivery, REVID may still investigate the matter based on the available evidence. However, the absence of photographs or videos taken at the time of delivery may make it more difficult to determine whether an issue existed when the product was delivered or occurred after the product was received.

Customers are advised to retain the original packaging, protective materials, accessories, manuals, and other contents until they are satisfied that the order has been received in proper condition.

For high-value, fragile, electronic, drone, camera, gimbal, or other sensitive equipment, taking clear photographs and videos throughout the unboxing process is particularly recommended.

10

Returns & Exchanges

REVID does not provide returns, exchanges, or refunds without a valid and qualifying reason.

A refund, return, or exchange will not be provided merely because the customer changed their mind, no longer wants the product, found another product they prefer, purchased the wrong product due to their own error, the product no longer suits their preference or circumstances, or the customer purchased the product without first confirming its suitability, compatibility, specifications, or intended use.

Customers are strongly encouraged to confirm the product model, specifications, compatibility, intended use, condition, and other relevant requirements before placing an order.

A return or exchange may be considered where REVID supplied a different product from the confirmed order, there is verified physical damage that occurred before or during delivery, there is a verified manufacturing defect covered by the applicable warranty, REVID is unable to fulfil a confirmed order, REVID expressly agrees to a return or exchange, or a return, replacement, refund, or other remedy is required by applicable Nigerian law.

Approved returns may be subject to the product being returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, documentation, and other components where reasonably applicable.

Returns or warranty claims may be rejected where the issue resulted from misuse, accident, crash, unauthorised repair or modification, water or liquid damage, improper storage, negligence, incompatible accessories, incorrect charging, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or other circumstances outside the applicable warranty coverage.

Certain products may also be subject to additional conditions due to serial-number tracking, product activation, software, licensing, manufacturer requirements, or other product-specific circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any consumer right or legal remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian law.

11

Refunds

REVID does not issue refunds without a valid and qualifying reason.

A refund will not be provided merely because a customer requests one, changes their mind, no longer wants the product, prefers another product, or is dissatisfied where the correct product was supplied and there is no qualifying defect or other valid reason.

A refund may be considered where REVID has received payment but cannot fulfil a confirmed order; REVID cancels an order because the product is unavailable and no alternative product is agreed; REVID supplied the wrong product and a suitable replacement cannot reasonably be provided; a verified product defect or qualifying issue exists and a refund is determined to be the appropriate remedy; REVID expressly agrees to a refund; or a refund is required by applicable Nigerian law.

Where the correct product has been delivered and there is no qualifying defect or valid issue, no refund will be provided solely because the customer has changed their mind or no longer wants the product.

Where REVID cannot fulfil a confirmed and paid order, an appropriate refund for the unfulfilled order or affected portion will generally be provided.

Approved refunds will generally be made to the original payment method or through another method agreed with the customer. Refund processing times may depend on the relevant bank, payment provider, or financial institution.

Delivery or other charges may not be refundable where the correct product was supplied and the return or refund is not covered by an applicable qualifying reason.

REVID may inspect a returned product before determining the appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this section excludes any refund, replacement, or other remedy that REVID is legally required to provide.

12

Warranty

REVID is committed to supplying products in working condition and in good physical condition at the time of delivery, subject to the applicable product and warranty terms.

Where a manufacturer warranty applies, the manufacturer's warranty terms may govern the relevant warranty claim.

Warranty coverage may vary depending on the product, manufacturer, model, and nature of the issue.

Unless expressly covered by the applicable warranty, warranty coverage generally does not extend to accidental damage, physical damage occurring after delivery, water or liquid damage, drone crashes or collisions, improper installation, misuse or negligence, unauthorised modification or repair, use of incompatible accessories, incorrect charging or power supply, unauthorised firmware or software modification, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

Proof of purchase, product serial numbers, photographs, videos, diagnostic information, or other evidence may be required to process a warranty claim.

Where a warranty issue is verified, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, or another remedy available under the applicable warranty terms and Nigerian law.

13

Warranty Claims

Customers seeking warranty assistance should contact REVID and provide, where applicable, proof of purchase, product name and model, serial number, description of the problem, clear photographs or videos of the issue, and any other information reasonably requested by REVID or the relevant manufacturer.

REVID may inspect, test, diagnose, or otherwise assess the product before determining whether a warranty claim is valid.

Not every malfunction automatically qualifies as a warranty issue. The cause and circumstances of the problem may be assessed.

Where an issue is determined to have resulted from misuse, accident, crash, unauthorised modification, improper operation, or another excluded circumstance, the warranty claim may be declined.

14

Drone-Specific Responsibilities

Drones are aircraft and must be operated responsibly and in accordance with applicable Nigerian laws, regulations, aviation requirements, and other applicable rules.

Customers are responsible for obtaining any registrations, approvals, permits, licences, certifications, authorisations, or other requirements applicable to their drone, operation, location, or intended use.

Customers must comply with requirements of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) and other competent authorities where applicable.

Purchasing a drone from REVID does not grant the customer permission to fly the drone anywhere or for any particular purpose.

Customers must not operate drones in restricted or prohibited areas without appropriate authorisation, endanger people or property, interfere with aircraft or public safety, use drones for unlawful surveillance or other unlawful activities, violate privacy rights, violate aviation laws or regulations, or operate a drone in an unsafe, reckless, or negligent manner.

The customer is responsible for the safe and lawful operation of their drone.

REVID is not responsible for fines, penalties, confiscation, accidents, injuries, property damage, privacy violations, or other consequences resulting from unlawful, unsafe, reckless, or negligent drone operation by the customer.

15

Camera, Gimbal & Electronic Equipment

Customers must use cameras, gimbals, batteries, electronic equipment, and related products in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions and safety requirements.

Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility between equipment and accessories before use.

Batteries must be stored, transported, charged, and used according to applicable safety instructions.

Improper use, charging, storage, or handling of batteries and electronic equipment may result in damage, fire, injury, or other hazards.

Customers should immediately stop using any product or battery that is significantly damaged, swollen, leaking, overheating, emitting unusual odours, or otherwise behaving abnormally.

16

Used, Open-Box & Refurbished Products

Where a product is sold as used, open-box, refurbished, pre-owned, or otherwise not brand-new, its condition will be stated or communicated to the customer where reasonably applicable.

Such products may have cosmetic marks, signs of previous use, opened packaging, replacement packaging, or other differences from brand-new products.

Warranty, return, exchange, and other conditions may differ depending on the specific product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the stated condition and applicable warranty terms before purchase.

17

Accessories & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for checking the compatibility of accessories and related products, including batteries, propellers, mounts, memory cards, cables, chargers, lenses, filters, and other accessories.

Where a customer is uncertain about compatibility, they are encouraged to contact REVID before placing an order.

Where a customer purchases an incompatible accessory without confirming compatibility and the correct product was supplied, the incompatibility alone may not qualify the product for a return, exchange, or refund.

18

Repairs & Technical Services

REVID may provide repair, maintenance, configuration, installation, troubleshooting, or other technical services from time to time.

Such services may be subject to separate terms, pricing, or conditions.

Customers are responsible for backing up important data before submitting equipment for repair or technical work.

Where reasonably possible, REVID will take appropriate care during repair or technical services, but REVID is not responsible for data loss arising from repair, maintenance, firmware, software, or other technical work where such loss is not reasonably avoidable.

Unauthorised modifications or third-party repairs may affect applicable warranty coverage.

19

Intellectual Property

All website content, including REVID logos and branding, brand names, text, graphics, photographs, videos, product descriptions, website design, icons, software, layouts, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to REVID or the relevant rights holder and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit website content without appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

Manufacturer names, logos, trademarks, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

20

Customer Reviews & Submissions

Customer reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, or other submissions may be collected, verified, selected, or published by REVID for legitimate business and marketing purposes.

Customers are encouraged to provide genuine and accurate experiences and must not knowingly submit fabricated or misleading reviews.

By submitting content to REVID, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights to submit the content and that the content does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person or entity.

To the extent permitted by law, by submitting content to REVID, the customer grants REVID permission to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, and otherwise use that content for legitimate business, promotional, or marketing purposes.

21

Privacy & Data Protection

REVID may collect and process personal information reasonably necessary to operate the website, process orders, communicate with customers, arrange delivery, provide services, process payments, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and improve its business operations.

Information may include, where applicable, name, telephone number, email address, delivery information, order information, payment-related information, and other information reasonably required to provide products or services.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with REVID's Privacy Policy and applicable Nigerian data protection requirements.

By using the website or purchasing products and services, you acknowledge that certain processing of personal information may be necessary to provide the requested products and services.

22

Third-Party Services

REVID may use third-party service providers for services including payment processing, financial services, delivery and logistics, website hosting, analytics, communications, cloud services, and other technology or business services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

REVID is not responsible for the independent policies, availability, security, or actions of third-party providers except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

23

Electronic Communications

By contacting REVID or providing contact information, you agree that REVID may communicate with you through appropriate channels, including email, telephone, WhatsApp, or SMS where applicable.

Communications may include order confirmations, payment confirmations, delivery updates, warranty communications, return-related communications, customer service, product enquiries, and other transaction-related communications.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and accessible contact information.

24

Website Availability

REVID aims to keep its website available and functional but does not guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption, completely secure, error-free, or free from technical problems.

REVID may temporarily suspend or restrict website access for maintenance, updates, security reasons, technical problems, emergencies, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

25

Product Suitability & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their particular needs, equipment, environment, intended application, and circumstances where such suitability depends on customer-specific factors.

Customers should review product specifications, compatibility, operating requirements, manufacturer instructions, legal and regulatory requirements, and intended use.

Information provided by REVID is intended to assist customers but does not replace manufacturer instructions or professional legal, technical, aviation, safety, or other specialist advice where such advice is required.

26

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, REVID will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances including improper use of products, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, unauthorised modifications, unlawful drone operation, customer negligence, accidents caused by customer operation, data loss, business interruption, loss of profit, or events beyond REVID's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Nigerian law or removes any mandatory legal right or remedy available to a customer.

27

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer agrees to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, or reasonable expenses arising from unlawful use of the website, misuse of products, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or infringement of third-party rights caused by the customer's actions.

This does not apply to the extent that such liability is caused by REVID's own unlawful conduct or relates to liability that cannot legally be excluded or transferred to the customer.

28

Force Majeure

REVID will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, fire, flooding, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, strikes, transportation disruptions, internet or telecommunications failures, security incidents, epidemics, regulatory restrictions, or other unforeseen events beyond reasonable control.

REVID will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such circumstances where practicable.

29

Fraud & Suspicious Transactions

REVID may investigate transactions that appear suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorised, inconsistent, or otherwise high risk.

Where appropriate, REVID may delay an order, request additional verification, cancel an order, decline a transaction, restrict access, or report suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity to relevant authorities where appropriate.

30

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

Customers who have complaints relating to an order, product, payment, delivery, warranty, return, refund, or service are encouraged to contact REVID through its official contact channels so that the matter can be investigated and, where possible, resolved directly.

REVID encourages customers to allow reasonable opportunity for the matter to be investigated before commencing formal proceedings where appropriate.

Nothing in this section prevents a customer from exercising any legal rights available under applicable Nigerian law.

31

Changes to These Terms

REVID may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be published on the website with a revised Last Updated date.

Unless otherwise stated, changes will generally apply from the date they are published.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

32

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, or a purchase from REVID shall be dealt with in accordance with Nigerian law and by a court or legally authorised dispute-resolution body having appropriate jurisdiction.

33

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall, where legally possible, be modified or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions shall continue to apply.

34

Waiver

If REVID does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms & Conditions, that does not mean that REVID has waived its right to enforce that provision later.

Any waiver by REVID must be expressly made.

35

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the REVID Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the website and purchases from REVID, except where a separate written agreement applies.

Where a separate written agreement exists for a particular product or service, the terms of that agreement may apply to the extent expressly agreed.
